KCWD #125 will not require any additional backflow assemblies for this remodel. Per uniform plumbing code there may be additional backflow assemblies required to protect the private side, but this is an area outside of our authority. Also, is a Certificate of Water Availability needed? Looks like the remodel is the relocation of one sink and the addition of two bidets. Shibly has filled out the Availability letter, but we are holding payment until we know this is required or not.
