The below items was mutually agreed upon between me and Centennial on October 25th, 2017 at our 9:00 am meeting: • Centennial will photo document the affected area prior to work and at the completion of the project. • Centennial will remove and dispose of the existing white painted 4' high cedar fence and existing tree stump on the southwest corner of the property. • Centennial will gravel approximately a 35' x 45' area (Iaydown area) on top of the existing grass in the southwest corner of the property and install temporary security fencing. This area will be used for machines and materials storage until the construction project is complete. • After completion of the project Centennial will remove the temporary fencing, gravel, and existing grass in the Iaydown are and replace it with new topsoil and grass sod. • Centennial will install a new 4' high white painted cedar wood fence to match the previously removed fence on the southwest corner of the property. • Centennial will repair any landscaping in the affected areas including dressing up the existing gravel parking area. • Centennial will keep the driveway area clean and clear of any materials, equipment, debris and dirt throughout the project. An authorized representative of the United States government, the state of Washington, or any incorporated city, town, county, township, irrigation district, reclamation district, or other municipal or political corporation or subdivision of this state; 2. Officers of a court when they are acting within the scope of their office; 3. Public utilities operating under the regulations of the utilities and transportation commission in construction, maintenance, or development work incidental to their own business; 4. Any construction, repair, or operation incidental to the discovering or producing of petroleum or gas, or the drilling, testing, abandoning, or other operation of any petroleum or gas well or any surface or underground mine or mineral deposit when performed by an owner or lessee; 5.
