All correction requests from each department must be addressed at the same time and reflected on your drawings. I have enclosed comments from the following departments: BUILDING DEPARTMENT: Allen Johannessen at 206-433-7163 if you have questions regarding these comments. • (GENERAL INFORMATION NOTE) PLAN SUBMITTALS: (Min. size 11x17 to a preferably maximum size of 24x36; all sheets shall be the same size; larger sizes may be negotiable. "New revised" plan sheets shall be the same size sheets as those previously submitted.) (BUILDING REVIEW NOTES) 1. Previous correction memo requested specific plan drawing and tip sheets were provided to show what is required for deck permit drawings and information. New drawings provided are not clear and are missing information i.e. attachment to the house and the footings do not appear to be adequate etc. Please carefully look over the tip sheets and provide deck construction plans neatly drawn to a scale in like format shown on the tip sheets. 2. Also requested was a site plan with tip sheets provided for an example of what is required. Plans provided are not to scale and are missing dimensions to the property lines. Please carefully look over the site plan tip sheets and provide plans accordingly. Plans shall be neatly drawn and to scale, no exceptions. Note: Contingent on response to these corrections, further plan review may request for additional corrections. Please address the comments above in an itemized format with applicable revised plans, specifications, and/or other documentation.
