I miss understood the process and in my error I didn't not include the building permit D19-0223. Up to the point of requesting an inspection I thought I had an extension therefor all the necessary work is completed. I was held up by a building final inspection on separate permit (D20-0002) that didn't involve my store but involved the overall building.
