The structural analysis completed by CG Engineering was inclusive of the structurafi elements that were affected by the addition of equipment and antennas associated with the proposed T-Mobile site modifications. Where applicable, this includes the antenna and equipment support structure and affected portions of the existing main structure. SITE DESCRIPTION The appurtenances are flush -mounted to existing steel screen walls and penthouse walls on the rooftop of an existing building with an overall height of 73'-10". The equipment is mounted to a steel mounting skid on the building rooftop. The Client provided us with structural calculations prepared by Cornerstone Engineering dated 07/08/13. Photos of the site and architectural plans were also provided for the proposed revisions. All geometry, member sizes, and material strengths used in our analysis were based on this information. If anything differs from the information contained in these documents, CG Engineering should be notified to revise our analysis. APPURTENANCE CONFIGURATION The structure was analyzed using the appurtenance configuration specified in the following table. All loading was provided to us from the Client. This table includes all known existing and future antennas for this site.
