All correction requests from each department must be addressed at the same time and reflected on your drawings. I have enclosed comments from the following departments: BUILDING DEPARTMENT: Allen Johannessen at 206-433-7163 if you have questions regarding these comments. • (GENERAL INFORMATION NOTE) PLAN SUBMITTALS: (Min. size 11x17 to a preferably maximum size of 24x36; all sheets shall be the same size; larger sizes may be negotiable. "New revised" plan sheets shall be the same size sheets as those previously submitted.) "STAMP AND SIGNATURES" (If applicable) For Engineers: "Every page of a plan set must contain the seal/stamp, signature of the licensee(s) who prepared or who had direct supervision over the preparation of the work, and date of signature. Specifications that are prepared by or under the direct supervision of a licensee shall contain the seal/stamp, signature of the licensee and the date of signature. Plans shall include a site plan showing building footprint, building floor plan clouding the location of the work and shall include building information on the cover sheet indicating occupancy type, number of occupants, type of construction etc. Plans shall include a reflective ceiling plan showing lighting and mechanical ventilation changes as it applies. See enclosed DCD- Checklist-Commercial-TI for more information. 2. Plan shall show all ADA barrier free elements and bathrooms as they apply with specifications/details. 3. Provide a completed 2015 Washington State Energy Code "LIGHTING SUMMARY" Compliance Form for Commercial Buildings, available online at: https://wseccompliancedocuments.com/index.php on the right side you will see the link "WSEC Documents". Click on that and if you haven't already, you will need to create an account. Sign into the account and there you will find the forms. Note: Contingent on response to these corrections, further plan review may request for additional corrections.
