If you need more time than that, you can request an extension of up to an additional 120 days. That second request would need to be made in writing. If you don't provide the requested information within this time frame, you will need to reapply and start the process all over again. 90 days should be plenty of time to pull the building permits, so I don't anticipate you needing an extension. The business or use may not have any other building -mounted signage oriented in the same direction as the incentive sign. b.
