REZONE APPLICATION FOR PROPERTY AT 14000 INTERURBAN AVE S (PARCEL NO. 3365900975, 3365901016) FILE NUMBER: L21-0145 Project Name: George Long Rezone Application APPLICANT: City of Tukwila REQUEST: The City of Tukwila owns the George Long maintenance shop along Interurban Ave South. The shop site and adjacent parking lot are zoned commercial/light industrial. Two smaller parcels, that are part of the larger site, are zoned Low Density Residential (LDR). The applicant has requested to rezone the two smaller parcels to Commercial/Light Industrial (CLI). This would make the zoning consistent with the entire George Long site and the adjacent properties. LOCATION: 14000 Interurban Ave S.
