NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Quasi -Judicial public
hearing on the item listed below on Monday, November 6, 2023 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the
following telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting: 1-253-292-9750,

6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA.

APPLICANT: City of Tukwila
REQUEST: The City of Tukwila owns the George Long maintenance shop along Interurban
Ave South. The shop site and adjacent parking lot are zoned commercial/light industrial. Two
smaller parcels, that are part of the larger site, are zoned Low Density Residential (LDR). The
applicant has requested to rezone the two smaller parcels to Commercial/Light Industrial (CLI).
This would make the zoning consistent with the entire George Long site and the adjacent
properties.
