Ihad topay hoclean the chimneys and rotoclean the one downstairs. There was cracks on top chimney, needed mortar repair, and by the chimney the roof was leaking, I paid to fix all of that. The cost was a lot higher than expected. The good news all the gas pipe and electrical are run to each fireplace and one insert isinstalled. Sending pictures of the two fireplaces as you can see, I'm getting close, but I don't have the 4,000 to pay for another insert. That's why I need and extension. Thank you.
