The cooler wall and ceiling panels are self-supporting for both - gravity and lateral seismic load and designed and detailed by the manufacturer. The south wall of the existing cooler will be removed and relocated 19'-5' to the south for the cooler expansion. w A new ceiling beam with columns at each end will provide support for the new and existing ceiling panels at the location of the existing south cooler wall. Evaporator units will be hung from the ceiling along the east side of the cooler. Because the ceiling panels are not rated for this load, the weight of the evaporators *11 be supported by new Unistrut beams spanning from the new ceiling beam to both the north and south walls of the N expanded cooler. A framing plan and details are included at the end of this report. N Finally, a new 800 lb. compressor will be located outside on the concrete loading dock apron. 00 Anchorage for this unit for both wind and seismic loading has been analyzed. The unit is provided with 10 anchor points. Analysis indicates a 112" diameter Power -Stud+ SD2 expansion anchor with a minimum embedment of 2" at each anchor point is adequate.
