12. THE MINIMUM AMOUNTS OF CEMENT MAY BE CHANGED IF A CONCRETE PERFORMANCE MIX IS
SUBMITTED TO THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER AND THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL TWO WEEKS
PRIOR TO PLACING ANY CONCRETE. THE PERFORMANCE MIX SHALL INCLUDE THE AMOUNTS OF CEMENT, FINE
