WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE
NO. 438 AN ORDINANCE classifying, determining, defining and
redefining an R -1 -7.2 use district within the City of Tukwila
and amending City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 251 and the Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance and map and setting forth a sectional
area district map.
WHEREAS the Tukwila Planning Commission and the
Tukwila City Council have pursuant to Washington State Law
and Ordinance No. 251 held public hearings on the classification,
determination, defining and redefining of all lands within
Tukwila Local Improvement District No. 5 previously classified
as R- 1 -7.2 R -1 -9.6 or R -1 -12.0 and have determined after
said hearings that these lands should be reclassified to R- 1 -7.2.
Now therefore
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows:
There is hereby established and adopted the attached
sectional area district map showing the geographical area and
location of all lands within Local Improvement District No. 5
and declaring that all lands previously zoned R- 1 -7.2; R- 1 -9.6;
and R -1 -12.0 are rezoned to R- 1 -7.2.
This sectional area district map repeals all other
sectional area maps in conflict therewith.
The map attached hereto and marked Exhibit A is by this
reference made a part of this ordinance.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Tukwila
