AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION N0 24 OF ORDINANCE NO. 128,
ordinances of the town of tukwila, Washington.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
as follows:
SECTION 24.. Tne rates for the use of water shall be as
follows: For the first seven hundred (700) cubic feet or
less per month or fractional part, 5 2.25,
PROVIDED: where two or More separate buildings or premises
are supplied by the same meter the minimum rate shall be
2.25 per month for each building or premises, as long as
the meter remains on the service thru which the water is
supplied.
PROVIDED: that outbuildings such as barns, chicken houses,
garages and suc4 shall not be construed as separate buildings
or premises.
For all water iii excess of seven hundred(700)
cubic feet,sixteen (16) cents per hundred cubic feet. All
rates due for water are to be subject to a discount of twenty
five (26) cents if paid on or before the tenth (10) day of
the month in which they are payable.
In computin6 meter rates, as provided above,
results ending; in one or two cents will be counted as "0
results ending in three, four, six or seven cents will be counted
"5U; results ending in eight or nine cents will be counted "10
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, signinu and posting as provided
by law.
Passed the Town Council and approved by the
Mayor this 1st day of November 1948.
