AN ORDINANCE FIXING `i'HE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1949, FOR THE
PAYMENT OF THE CURRENT MUNICIPAL EXPENSES AND REDEMPTION
OF DEBT.
WHEREAS, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA, KING
COUNTY, WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof, held the
seventh day of September, 1948, made the following estimate
of the expenditures and receipts from all sources other than
direct taxation upon the real and personal property of the
said Town of Tukwila for the ensuing year of 1949.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUKWILA
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of raising funds with which
to pay the expenditures as above enumerated together with
the redemption of debt for the Town of Tukwila for the en-
suing year of 1949 there shall be certified to the County
Assessor of King County, Washington, the sum of $3,117.42
as the amount to be raised by General
taxation upon the real and personal property embraced with-
in the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila as shown by
the assessment rolls of King County for the year 1949.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after_ its publication.
PASSED THE TOWN COUNCIL and signed by me in authentication
of its passage this 4th day of October 1948

I, RALPH S. STAcy, Assessor of King County,
Washington, do hereby certify that the assessed
valuation of all the property situate within
the boundary of the TOWN OF TUKWILA, as equal—
ized and fixed by the County and State Boards of
Equalization, for the year 1948, is D 20 7,828.
