SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special Meeting on
Monday, November 13, 2023 directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting, which
starts at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting:

at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA.

2. CONSENT AGENDA
a. A resolution fixing the time for a public hearing for vacation of right-of-way within
the City of Tukwila dedicated for street purposes, generally described as 35th Avenue
South, lying between the southernly margin of South 124th Street and northernly of
the North line of Lot 4 of Plat of Donaldson Addition.

b. Authorize the Mayor to accept the 2023-2025 Stormwater Capacity program grant
from the Washington State Department of Ecology to assist with National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program fund activities, in the amount of
$130,000.00.

c. A resolution declaring certain fleet vehicles and equipment surplus, and authorizing
their sale or disposal.

d. Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement #1 to Contract #22-061 with
Fehr & Peers for the Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan, in the
amount of $367,190.00.
