The Committee agreed to postpone item E, an agreement for a Local Road Safety Plan.
A. Public Works Operations Campus Phase 2 Update
Staff provided an update on the project.
Committee Recommendation
Forward to November 13, 2023 Committee of the Whole.
B. Grant Acceptance: Stormwater Capacity
Staff is seeking Council approval to accept a Department of Ecology 2023-2025 Stormwater
Capacity program grant in the amount of $130,000.

Unanimous approval. November 13, 2023 Special Meeting Consent Agenda.
C. Resolution: 35th Avenue South Street Vacation Public Hearing
Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution setting a public hearing date of December4,
2023 to remove the pedestrian easement from a previously approved street vacation on a
portion of 35th Avenue South.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to November 13, 2023 Committee of the Whole for Public
Hearing.
D. Supplemental Agreement: Comprehensive Plan Transportation Element
Staff is seeking approval of a supplemental agreement in the amount of $367,190 with Fehr &
Peers for Phase 2 of the transportation modeling services in conjunction with the update to
the Transportation Element.

E. Consultant Agreement: Local Road Safety Plan
This item was postponed.
F. Resolution: Surplus City Equipment
Staff is seeking approval of the annual resolution authorizing the sale of surplus equipment.
The resolution presented to the full Council will be updated to include the addition of a John
Deere Utility Cart from the Parks and Recreation Department.
