AN ORDINANCE VACATING RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN THE CITY OF TUKWILA DEDICATED FOR STREET PURPOSES, GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS 35th AVE SOUTH LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTHERNLY MARGIN OF SOUTH 124TH STREET AND NORTHERNLY OF THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 4 OF PLAT OF DONALDSON ADDITION; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1978 TO TERMINATE A CONDITION. For those unable to attend the meeting either on -site or remotely, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
