Chair Hougardy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Economic Development Strategy
Councilmembers and staff discussed the draft Strategy.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to November 13, 2023 Committee of the Whole.
B. Rental Housing Tenant Protections
Staff presented a draft ordinance based on revised City Attorney advice.

Conduct outreach on draft ordinance.
