CALL TO ORDER Mayor Ekberg called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 9:55 p.m. directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting. Tukwila City Council Special Meeting Minutes EXECUTIVE SESSION —Pending Litigation —Pursuant toRCVK42.30.110(1)(i).(45minutes) Mayor Ekberg announced the Council will now go into an Executive Session to discuss: ' Pending Litigation — Pursuant to RCW 42.30.11 0(l)(i). (45 minutes) The total amount of time will be no more than 45 minutes, and no decisions will be made during the Executive Session. No action will be required in the Open Meeting after the Executive Session has concluded. He declared the meeting adjourned as of the conclusion of the Executive Session. The Executive Session will not be extended beyond the announced time, and they will not be returning to open session to adjourn orfor any other reason. 9:56pm. Mayor Ekberg called for a brief recess to allow the audience members to exit the Council Chambers.
