SUMMARY
After a competitive Request for Proposals process, Parks & Recreation staff have awarded
the proposed project to PROS Consulting. Said project will deliver a Business Plan specific
to the Tukwila Community Center as well as a Recreation Programming Plan for the
department overall. The project's do not exceed cost is $119,405 with estimated
completion by early Q3 of 2024. Staff requests council approve the proposal at the
December 4th Regular Meeting via consent agenda so work may commence.
