NOTICE OF COUNCIL VACANCY FOR POSITION #3
COUNCILMEMBER BY APPOINTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications for Tukwila City Council Position No. 3 will be
accepted through Friday, December 22, 2023, no later than 5:00 p.m. This is an appointed
position due to a vacancy on the Council. The position will be up for election in November 2025,
and the appointee will serve until the 2025 general election is certified. To be eligible for the
position an applicant must be registered to vote in King County and a resident of Tukwila for at
least one year prior to the date of appointment.
