AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE
NO 140 OF THE TOWN OF Tukwila WASHINGTON
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, that Section 4 of Ordinance
No. 140 be revised to read as follows:
SECTION 4. The Street Superintendent shall receive
as compensation for his services as such Superinten-
dent the sum of One Hundred Twenty -five Dollars( 125.00)
for each calendar month while employed.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, signing and posting as required
by law.
PASSED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR
THIS 7TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1948
