Civil Service Commission Meeting Minutes
June 15, 2023
The regular monthly meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on June 15, 2023 at 5:00 pm, at
6300 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA, Duwamish Conference Room.
The following were in attendance:
• Chair: Kathleen Wilson
• Commissioner: Tom Morris
• Members: Eric Dreyer, Eric Lund, TC Croone, Joy Maldonado
• Guests: David Cline, Battalion Fire Chief with PSRFA, Andrew Tsoming, Community member
Commissioner Ron Johnston was Absent.

change — Tabled.
d. Position of Civil Service Secretary and Chief Examiner —Tabled until all commissioners
are present.
e. PSRFA annexation ballot measure presentation by Derek Speck and Battalion Chief with
PSRFA
