Commissioners shared something about themselves.
• Racial Restrictive Covenants Project Presentation
Sophia Dowling, University of Washington Graduate Student, presented a slide deck on
the project. The final stage of the project will include working with municipalities to
notify homeowners of restrictive covenants in 2024.
• 2023 Budget Update
The commissioners discussed potential expenses, including school snack packs and
winter coats for asylum seekers at Riverton United Methodist Church. Staff will explore
options and commissioners will discuss and vote at the next meeting.
