1. Call to Order— Meeting called to order at 10:07am by Chair Jan Bolerjack.
2. Approval of Agenda —Jan Bolerjack moved to approve the September 21, 2023 meeting agenda.
Andrew Hays seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
3. Approval of Minutes — Andrew Hays moved to approve the July 28, 2023 meeting minutes. Terra
Straight seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
4. 2023 Work Plan Updates — Stacy Hansen discussed updates to the 2023 schedule including
requested presentations from newly -funded agencies at the November meeting.
5. 2024-2025 Funding Cycle Discussion — Board members discussed possible application requirements
for the next funding cycle. Supplemental questions for the application will need to be determined
before February 2024. There may be a minimum funding request for agencies applying.
6. Information & Member Sharing — There will be Equity Training for all board members on Saturday,
October 7th from 9am-1pm.
7. Adjournment — Terra Straight motioned to adjourn. Julie Herdt seconded the motion. Meeting
adjourned at 11:58am by Jan Bolerjack.
