1. Call to Order — Meeting called to order at 10:04am by Chair Jan Bolerjack. Board members, City
staff, and Administrative Services Intern Khaleja Tunkara, introduced themselves.
2. Approval of Agenda —Jan Bolerjack moved to approved the July 28, 2023 meeting agenda. Andrew
Hays seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
3. Approval of Minutes — Andrew Hays moved to approved the April 20, 2023 meeting minutes Terra
Straight seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
4. Briefing - City of Tukwila's Comprehensive Plan — Nancy Eklund, Long Range Planning Manager,
and Neil Tabor, Senior Planner, presented an overview of the City of Tukwila's Comprehensive Plan
(see attached documents). Members and residents can provide feedback by emailing Nancy or Neil
or by attending City hearings.
5. 2023 Work Plan Updates — The Advisory Board will take a summer recess for the month of August
and resume in September. Remaining meetings in 2023 are September 21st and November 16th,
both from 10:00am to 12:OOpm.
