1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:02pm

b. Staff: City of Tukwila Staff: John Dunn
3. Approval of Agenda and Minutes — November 14, 2023
a. Agenda: Verna Seal motioned to approve the Agenda. Steve Miller seconded the motion; all
were in favor.
b. Minutes: Steve Miller motioned to approve the Minutes as amended. Marie Parrish seconded
the motion; all were in favor.
4. Public Comment: No public comments
5. Unfinished Business
a. 2024 Budget Planning — John Dunn led a discussion to finalize the 2024 budget.
6. New Business
a. 2024 Meeting Schedule — The Board discussed the current days and times for the meetings and
decided to leave the schedule the same for 2024. First Tuesday of the Month at 6:OOPM.
b. 2024 Goals —The board discussed and came up with their goals for 2024.
7. Reports
a. City of Tukwila: John Dunn provided an update on City and Parks and Recreation events,
programs and other information.
8. Other
a. Cassandra Galante announced that she is resigning effective 12/6/2023 due to moving out of
the city limits.
