The Developer's Agreement udcd a plan for McLeod's desire to develop certain properties located. between Burtington Norther.. and Union Pacific railroad tracks. As part of .the development, McLeod sought. to change the coniprehen.sive plan and. zoning for the property .with the City of Tukwila. The Developer's .Agreement also recognized that McLeod needed to provide equal access to and from the property. The Parties agree that a stipulation and Judgment to Quiet Title shall be entered between the parties to extinguish the McLoed Parking Easement, King County Recording Number 9601231152, from the title to the Parties' respective properties. 4. Reimbursement of Costs of City of Tukwila. Unico agrees to pay the City $1500 for reimbursement of a portion of the legal fees incurred by the City in reviewing and vetting the Stipulation and Judgment to Quiet Title. 5. Entry and Recording of Quiet Title Judgment. Upon the signing of this agreement and the payment by Unico of $1500 to the City, the parties agree to submit for entry by the Court the Stipulated Judgment to Quiet Title, and then to record a copy with the King County Recorder's Office.
