SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special Meeting on
Monday, February 26, 2024 directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting, which starts
at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting:

Support during the meeting call 1-206-433-7155. The meeting will also be conducted on -site
at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA.

a. Approval of Minutes: 2/5/24 (Regu/arMtg.)
b. Approval of Vouchers
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to Contract #23-047 with Versaterm
(formerly SPIDR Tech) for data collection, a computer aided dispatch (CAD) system, and
text and email messaging services, in the amount of $18,380.09 (pushing contract total to
$40, 000.00+).
3. NEW BUSINESS (For discussion of Consent Agenda items only, if necessary)
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION — Pending Litigation — Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)
(30 Minutes) No action will follow in the open meeting.
