SUMMARY
The Committee is being asked to authorize $125,000 towards the purchase of the
properties, to be reimbursed at a later date, authorize signing the assignment of the
purchase and sale agreement from Forterra, and assume all the terms and ownership of
the two properties, and forward to the February 26 Committee of the Whole meeting for
approval.
