CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McLeod called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 8:41 p.m. directly
following the Committee of the Whole meeting.
ROLL CALL
Felipe Ayala, Administrative Support Coordinator, md|od the roll of the Council. Present at the meeting
were Counoi|mombara De'Sean Quinn (on -site), Mohamed Abdi (on -site), Tooh Sharp (remote), Armen
Pmpyan (on -site), Jovita McConnell (on'nit*). Dennis Martinez (on -site), Hannah Hedrick (on -site).

c. Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to Contract #23'047with Vematenn (formerly SP|DR
Tech) for data ooUoution, a computer aided dispatch (CAD) oyotem, and text and email messaging
services, in the amount of $18,380.09 (pushing contract total to $40,000.00+).
MOVED BYQUINN, SECONDED BY MARTANEZ TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS
SUBMITTED. MOTION CARRIED 7�0.
EXECUTIVE SESSION —Pending Litigation — Pursuant to RCVV 42.30.110(l)(i). (30 minutes)
Mayor McLeod announced the Council will now go into on Executive Session to discuss:
Pending Litigation — Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(l)(i). (30 minutes)
The total amount oftime will be no more than 30minutes. and no decisions will bemade during the
Executive Session. No action will be required in the Open Meeting after the Executive Session has
concluded.
He declared the meeting adjourned as ofthe conclusion of the Executive Session. The Executive Session
will not be extended beyond the announced time, and they will not be returning to open session to
adjourn nrfor any other reason.
