AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO 128
OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, that Section 7 of Ordinance no.
128 be revised to read as follows:
SECTION 7.- No service connection less than three fourths
(3/4) inches in size shall be installed. The
fees for the installation of water service as hereinbefore
provided shall be as follows:
For a three fourths (3/4) inch connection $40.00
For larger connections the actual cost of the material
and labor involved in the installation will be charged«
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed«
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after January 1, 1948
Passed by the Town Council and approved by the Mayor this
2nd day of February 1948
