Program, in the amount of $55,000.00.

Project; authorize release of retainage,
subject to the standard claim and lien
procedures (final cost of project, including
retainage; $1,096,988.59).
- Award a bid and authorize the Mayor to
sign a contract for the 2024 Overlay
Program.
- Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement
with KPG for supplemental contract
management services for the 2024 Overlay
Program, in the amount of $197,726.00.
