AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND FOR
OPERATION AND REPLACEMENT IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created and established a fund
to be designated as "CUMULATIVE FIRE DEPARTMENT OPERATION
AND REPLACEMENT PULP, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
60, Laws of 1941.
SECTION 2. That such moneys shall be placed in said fund
as are,unspent at the close of each year and as may be pro-
vided for in the annual budget.
SECTION 3, That the moneys placed in said fund shall be
accumulated from year to year and may be expended at such
time as the Town Council shall by ordinance direct for the
purpose of building a reserve fund for the Fire Department
for operation of same and replacement of equipment, Provided,
that any moneys in said fund shall never be expended for any
purpose than specified, except in the manner required by law.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and posting as required by law.
