Original scope was going to turn this space into a Storage Room. 10. We will also be clearing out the space adjacent to the Bakery for possible tuture work. This includes the removal of racking, sinks, and a hazard cage. We will also be removing a water fountain and a sink in the Demonstration room in the back of the warehouse as part of this permit. All of the new work outside of the Bakery is shown on A501.3 for clarity. 11. All of the changes in scope of work have been reflected on all of the sheets in the Permit Issue Set for Plan Review. Completely new sheets have been added for Fire and Structural review as these were not required for the original scope of work.
