Chair McConnell called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Grant Agreement: 154 MHz Radio System
Staff is seeking approval to accept $49,000 from the federal Emergency Management
Performance Grant Program for upgrades to the 154 MHz radio system used for emergency
communications.
Committee Recommendation:
Unanimous approval. Forward to May 20, 2024 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda.
B. Tukwila Community Center HVAC Project Update
Staff is seeking Council approval to proceed with Phase 1 of construction while negotiating
mutually agreeable terms in the contract.
Committee Recommendation:
Unanimous approval. Forward to May 20, 2024 Regular Meeting.
II. MISCELLANEOUS
