PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Planning Commission will hold a virtual / in -person
public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on, June 27, 2024, to discuss the following:
CASE NUMBER: L24-0026 Tiny Home Village Regulations
PURPOSE: Consider amendments to enact specific regulations for Tiny Home Villages.
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed
amendments and make recommendations to the City Council for review and
adoption.
LOCATION: Citywide
THE MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED ELECTRONICALLY AND IN -PERSON FOR THE PUBLIC, AT,
6200 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188
Those wishing to provide public comments will have the opportunity to deliver comments via email,
verbally via telephone, in -person, or online during the meeting:

prior to 5:00 p.m. on June 27, 2024, will be acknowledged during the meeting by City staff,
Verbal Comments: Sign up to verbally deliver your comments during the meeting by emailing
