games of skill shall procure from the Town Treasurer a Raster
License for the operation of the same, which Master License shall
be issued by said Town Treasurer upon the payment of the sum of
$300.00 YEARLY, advance.
SECTION 3. Every person, firm or corporation operatin, eleven
(11) to twenty (20),inclusive, pin ball or amusement machines or
similar games of skill shall procure from the Town Treasurer a,
Master License for the operation of same, which .=caster License
shall be issued by said Town Treasurer upon payment of the sum of

AN ORDINANCE LICENSING PINBALL AND AMUSEMENT MACHINES AND
SIMILAR GAMES OF SKILL IN THE TOWN OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AND FIXING THE LICENSE FEES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON WASHINGTON
SECTION 1.. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm cor-
poration to own, operate or maintain any pin ball or amusement
machine or similar game of skill within the corporate limits of
the Town of Tukwila, Washington, without having first secured a
license therefor.

SECTION 4. Every person, firm or corporation operating more
than twenty (20) pin ball or amusement machines or similar games
of skill shall procure from the Town Treasurer a Master License
for the operation of same,. which Master License shall be issued by
said Treasurer upon the payment of the sum of $1,000.00
SECTION 5. Any person, firm or corporation, after having receiv
ed said Master License may then operate said pinball or amusement
machine or similar game of skill, within the Town of Tukwila, upon
the payment,to the Town Treasurer thereof, of the sum of FIVE (5)
DOLLARS on the first of each month for each five (.05) cent machine.
SECTION 6. Any person, firm or corporation, after having receiv-
ed said Master License may then operate said pin ball or amusement
machine or similar game of skill, within the Town of Tukwila, upon
the payment, to the Town Treasurer thereof, of the sum of $2.50
on the first of each month for
each one(.01) cent machine.
SECTION 7. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be punishable by a fine not ex-
ceeding the sum of $100.00 and any machine
not so licensed may be subjected to confiscation by the Town
Marshall of the Town of Tukwila.
SECTION 9. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
on and after January 1, 1943.
