SUMMARY The City hired Otak to update our SWCP to provide a strategic framework for addressing
drainage issues, water quality, erosion/sedimentation issues, habitat needs along with maintenance and condition assessment of the existing stormwater system. A total of 11
individual capital projects, 5 capital improvement programs, and 3 studies are being
proposed in the SWCP utilizing the 412 Surface Water fund.The full draft will be coming to the full Council at the May 20th Meeting.
