A. FILE NUMBER: L24-0026 - Tiny Home Village — Zoning Code Amendment
PURPOSE: Consider amendments to enact specific regulations for Tiny Home
Villages. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the
proposed amendments and make recommendations to the City Council for
their review and adoption.
LOCATION: Citywide
B. FILE NUMBER: L24-0076 - Zoning Code Amendments to Improve Permitting
Processes and Compliance with Recent Legislation
PURPOSE: Consider amendments to multiple Code Titles needed to consolidate,
correct, and simplify permit procedures, and to comply with recently passed
Washington State legislation (SB 5290 and HB 1293)
