THIS AGREEMENT made acid entered into by and between
WATER DISTRICT NO, 35, KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the District, and HARRY
H. WON, INC.-, a corporation, hereinafter referred tn as Olson. '
W ITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Olson has installed and paid for a 6 inch cast
iron water main on John Langston Road in King County, Washington
running from its intersection with 64th Avenue So. to a point
opposite the northwesterly boundary of the H. H. Olson Addition
and is willing to convey said water main to the District subject to
the conditions hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual benefits, it is
agreed as follows:
1. This agreement is made and entered into pursuant to
Chapter 261 of the Laws of 1959 and the parties agree to adhere to
the provisions of such statute.
2. Olson will convey said water main and appurtenances to the
District free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and the District
will accept such conveyance and incorporate such main in its water
system and supply water through such main to properties abutting the
