.3 That WHEREAS the GRANTOR herein is -the owner of that certain parcel of land described as

in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 31, records of King County, Washington.

WHEREAS. it has been found necessary to the construction and Improvement of
So. 144th St. (Pacific Hwy. So. - 51st Ave. So.)
to make slopes on the said property of the GRANTOR for cuts and fills, as follows:
. T A strip of land lying adjacent to and Sly of the Sly R/W line of So. 144th St. as.
surveyed by K.C. Rd. Survey No. 20-23-4.46, said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the West property line of said lot with 2 ft. in width, thence increasing
to 4 ft. in width at Engr. Sta. 103+50, thence decreasing to 3 ft. in width at Engr.
Sta. 104+00, thence decreasing to 1 ft. at the East property line thereof,
Containing: 364 sq. ft. or 0.008 Acres M/L.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration c: the premises, the said GRANTOR hereby agrees that
the said slopes may be made on his property as hereinbafore set forth, in conformity with
standard plans end specifications for highway purposes and to the same extent and purposes
es if the rights herein granted had been acquired by condemnation proceedings under Eminent
Doaein statutes of the State of Washington.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD by the parties hereto that this Lsement has been
given to and accepted by said County subject to and upon the following conditions, to -wit:
If any pert of said right Lf way shall be abandoned or shall cease to be used or main-
tained as a public highway by said County, ae the route thereof changed, then as to such
part all rights under this easement shell thereafter be null and void, and such portions
of such rights of way shall automatically revert to the GRANTOR,_ _successors, or assigns,
without any notice being required.
