CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McLeod called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at
following the Committee of the Whole meeting,

Andy Youn, City Clerk, called the roll of the Council. Present at the meeting were Council President.
Mohamed Abdi (on -site); Councilmembers De'Sean Quinn (on -site), Tosh Sharp (on -site), Armen Papyan
(on site), Jovita McConnell (on -site), and (Dennis Martinez (on -site).
MOVED BY PAPYAN, SECONDED BY ABDI TO EXCUSE THE ABSENCE OF COUNCIL IIEINfIBER
HEDRICK. MOTION CARRIED 6-0.
