This Techbridge Girls Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Techbridge
Girls, PM69010, 1999 Harrison Street, Suite 1800, Oakland, CA 94612 ("TBG") and ("Partner")

Summer Pilot Goals:
• Prepare educators to deliver a hands-on STEM enrichment curriculum and develop equity
practices, including cultural relevance, gender responsiveness, and the centering of historically
excluded identities in STEM.
• Create expansive STEM learning spaces that increase girls' STEM knowledge, skills, and
confidence and spark their interest in pursuing STEM education and/or STEM careers.
• Develop and test new and innovative approaches to the above goals with educator and youth
voices at the center.
• Develop and test new evaluation tools and strategies to ensure efficacy and outcomes across
programs.
Elements of Agreement:
1) Term of Agreement:
The term of this Agreement shall start upon signing by both parties and will end on September
30, 2024.
2) Agreement Funding:
Any TBG funding (including full or potential fee waivers, teacher stipends, and/or mini -grants)
for Partner fees is contingent upon the Partner signing this agreement and successfully meeting
all deliverables outlined in this agreement.
3) Services TBG Provides
• STEM curriculum and one (1) kit to serve 15-20 youth.
• Access to TBG curriculum, activities, workshops, and resources developed
• Equity and curriculum training and ongoing support
• Funding distributed to Partner, $8,000 per site upon successful completion of program
participation, including educator training, full facilitation of programs, use of the material
provided, evaluation, and data collection.

4) Partner Requirements:
a. Partner will provide one (1) representatives per site (1 site) who meet the following criteria:
• 1+ years of experience facilitating instruction with youth
• Ability to commit undivided attention to 2 hours of asynchronous virtual training
o Desire to explore:
■ high-quality STEM experiences for BIPOC girls and gender -expansive youth
creating gender -expansive spaces for youth to feel safe sharing their gender
identity and sexual orientation in TBG programming.
■ how race, ethnicity, gender, and other social identities impact their work as
educators.
■ strategies to deepen their practice as equity educators.
• Recruit 15-20 BIPOC girls and gender -expansive youth to participate in the program (s)
b. Appropriate space and equipment to conduct lessons
c. Use of kilted materials and curriculum:
• Sites must use all kit materials so that lessons' impact is fully maximized
• Full Facilitation of [Trailblazers or Catalyzers] (10-12 sessions)
d. Evaluation and Data Collection:
• Educator program surveys
• Youth program surveys
• Educator Intake Form (demographic + contact)
• Youth Intake Form (demographic + contact)
e. Interviews and Observation Expectations
• Beginning of program check-in (during training)
• Mid -program check-in (virtual)
• In-person observation with TBG and funder (possibly)
• Media event (in-person observation)
NOTE. If Partner is unable to complete the deliverables outlined in the Partner Requirement section of
this agreement, Partner is responsible for shipping any kits and materials to the designated address
that will be provided to you by TBG staff. Alternatively, if Partners is unresponsive to communications
with TBG staff about completing the deliverables outlined in the Partner Requirement section of this
agreement use within twenty-one (21) days of the anticipated start of your program, Partner will be
invoiced for training, program materials, supplies, support, and any contract payments (up to $5,000
per program) at the end of your programming session.

6) Termination:
Unless otherwise changed, agreement termination will occur on the date specified in Section 1 above.
TBG will provide significant efforts to assist with appropriate program funding. However, if funding
status changes, TBG reserves the rightto terminate this agreement by providing written notice to
Partner at least five (5) business days before the agreed-upon training date if there is a change in such
funding status. Partner agrees to provide all efforts to participate in the program fully. However, Partner
termination without cause is allowed, with written notice, up to 30 days before the training date.
Partner termination with cause (including unexpected funding changes or availability of educators) is
allowed with written notice at least five (5) business days before the training date.
7) Confidentiality, Nondisclosure of Information, and Release of Liability:
Techbridge Girls product plans, marketing plans, and financial non-public and proprietary information,
as well as all non-public and proprietary information provided to in confidence by any third party in
connection with the performance of the Services, all constitute TBG "Confidential Information." The
Partner will not use or disclose such Confidential Information except as necessary to perform the
Services. Work being performed by Techbridge Girls, including all materials as may have been delivered
to or created for the Partner in performing the Services, whether in progress or completed, is solely
owned by Techbridge Girls. Grants given by Techbridge Girls are awarded directly to the institution, not
to individuals. The undersigned hereby assumes all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities
specified above and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the releasee from all
liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or
damage to the undersigned. The parties hereby agree that during the term hereof, and at all times
thereafter, and except as specifically permitted herein or in a separate writing signed by the Disclosing
Party, the Partner shall not use, commercialize or disclose Confidential Information to any person or
entity.
