NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the item
listed below on Monday, September 23, 2024 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone

The meeting will also be conducted on -site at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd.,
Tukwila, WA.

Review and update of 10 elements of the Comprehensive Plan: Community
Character; Land Use; Regional Centers; Housing; Economic Development; Natural
Environment; Shoreline; Parks, Recreation and Open Space; Utilities; and Capital
Facilities. The Transportation Element will be available later this year at a second
Public Hearing on the Comprehensive Plan. Materials are available for review at
https://TukwilaWa.gov/CompPlanDrafts. This periodic review is required by the
Washington State Growth Management Act.
For those unable to attend the meeting either on -site or remotely, you may submit written
testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
