REPEALING SECTION 33 OF ORDINANCE NO. 675
REGARDING PAY TV CABLECASTING.
WHEREAS, The Federal Communications Commission has
pre empted provisions which may exist in local cable television
franchises that purport to regulate or forbid pay TV cablecasting
under F.C.C. Rule 52, F.C.C. 2d., 1, 67 (1975),
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Tukwila
do ordain as follows:
Section 33 of Ordinance No. 675 is hereby repealed.
