AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance *333, Section 9, as
"Section 9. If, within 60 days from November 30, 1961,
the grantee shall have failed to file its written
acceptance of the same with the Town Clerk, the rights
granted hereby shall be deemed forfeited and the fran-
chise null and void."
