LOCATION: 6250 S 151st St. (Tax parcel number: 3597000400) (Quasi -Judicial) This proposal was previously considered and denied by Tukwila City Council. However, following a Land Use Petition appeal, the King County Superior Court has remanded the matter to the Tukwila City Council to reconsider the merits of the rezone application. The Tukwila City Council will be holding another open record hearing regarding the rezone proposal's consistency with the Tukwila Municipal Code and issue a new decision based on substantial evidence in the record.
