Additional escalation would need to be applied to construction costs for building block phasing starting AFTER JUNE 2025. Building block cost estimates could vary -10% to +20% dependent on phasing schedule. *These costs are estimated holistically and will vary when phased into single projects. *Civil design will need to be recalibrated.
