NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the item
listed below on Monday, November 4, 2024 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
FOR THE VIETNAMESE MARTYR CHURCH LOCATED AT 6841 S. 180TH STREET,
TUKWILA, WA TO EXCEED THE ALLOWABLE HEIGHT FOR A SCULPTURE FOR
THE PROPERTY.
For those unable to attend the meeting either on -site or remotely, you may submit written
testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
